Our Pros and customers need a way to connect before we send a Pro into their home to assess their needs, how to we bridge that gap?
Challenge
I began with market research to understand what our competitors were doing well and could improve on. After that I started talking to users to understand what they were looking for and how I could connect that with our business goals and development restraints.
Once I had some ideas ready, I took my wire frames to our stakeholders and quickly got the go ahead to put the first version into production. Due to the tight deadline and business needs, hi-fi mockups and user testing was not a priority. V.1 was launched and an aggressive marketing campaign followed with great success.

- The Frontdoor App has led to a 56% boost in bookings with Pros within two months of its debut
- The designs led to a 20% increase in video chat sessions
- Booking increase led to additional upsell in cross sell opportunities within Frontdoor Pro and Warranties
