I sat down with the PMs and developers to understand the current flow and process for booking, it was a nightmare for users. I had a tight deadline of three weeks to rework the booking flow to improve the close rate and have a positive impact on the bottom line within six months.

With the launch of the new booking site, booking have increased by 26% with an increase in revenue expected to be higher than any year since Sentral launched in 2019
